"How to mend a Broken Heart"

People may say no one ever died of a broken heart, but when you're suffering from one, it sure doesn't feel that way. For me,
Everyone alive has felt the sting and the effect of a broken heart. It feels life someone has run you over, that your life will surely end. But remember my friends that you are not alone. If we could take a look at it from a different perspective it is mostly about being rejected or pushed aside more that the broken relationship. We as human beings need love more than anything else to be happy and to grow healthy. This is one of life's passages that is very painful. I have experienced a few of them in my life time. It took me more than once to learn valuable lessons. I first want to say to each and everyone of you who have experienced this or who is now experiencing this. You are never alone. It may seem that way, because your body has went into shock. There are many elements that needs to be addressed here. This too will pass but at the time it seems like you are going to die. Love will come again my friends. Believe me, it will come again, but hopefully the things that you have learned about the successes and the failures will make you more aware of what is required for your serenity. One must have faith. Whether it be God or some sort of Higher power. One must look outside yourself to believe. Hope that there will be a brighter day. The sun will shine again my friends I guarantee it. Self esteem, knowing that you are a great person and it was not you that was rejected. It may seem that way. That person that broke your heart has lost. They will never know the joy of loving you. The secrets of your soul will not be there. Therefore they lose.
Support is so important. Choose your friends wisely my friends. Be careful who you share you burdens with. Find 1 or 2 persons that you trust and eventually when you lean on them and they support you, you will get your strength back. Remember you are not alone in your struggle to heal. I pray that this helps someone out there and if you ever have any questions, please feel free to write.
